A small starting up company done out of her little studio apartment. Christy Lipe’s sweet creations will have you craving some more. Christy specially made us some cupcakes to taste. Let me tell you they were to die for, I usually don’t like cupcakes because to me personally they are too dry and just don’t taste good, but Sweet Cravings cupcakes are moist and succulent. Every part of the cupcakes goes perfectly together like a well-played melody. The cupcakes she made for Bella Entertainment tasted just like a strawberry shortcake. Some had strawberry filling in the middle, and others had a strawberry shortcake Oreo in the middle. The frosting had a great consistency wasn’t too sweet either and had a perfect creamy complexion. Both the cupcakes were very delectable and were eaten faster than lightening by the Bella Entertainment staff. Christy plans to open her own cupcake food truck where she will have freshly made cupcakes as well as other baked goods like brownies, cakes, cookies, and candies. I cannot wait until she opens the truck up because I could literally eat them all day, and I wouldn’t mind if I got diabetes in the process. Christy told us that the cupcakes and other baked goods won’t be fully prepared in the food truck but cooked at Kitchen Spokane own and run by Jayme Cozzetto. Kitchen Spokane is for people who don’t have the kitchen space or the money to rent a space. Kitchen Spokane is a Non-Profit organization, perfect Miss Christy, and her amazing creations. I do highly recommend the next time that you need baked goods for your big or small event to call in an order to Sweet Cravings, run and own by Miss Christy Lipe. Also keep an eye out for her food truck that will be hitting the streets of Spokane in the near future.
